{"id":4433,"date":"2025-04-10T13:03:18","date_gmt":"2025-04-10T18:03:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/consultoriojuridicovirtual.ufpso.edu.co\/?p=4433"},"modified":"2025-04-10T13:19:32","modified_gmt":"2025-04-10T18:19:32","slug":"jornada-de-expedicion-de-justicia-en-el-epmsc-ocana-en-acompanamiento-del-ministerio-de-justicia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consultoriojuridicovirtual.ufpso.edu.co\/?p=4433","title":{"rendered":"JORNADA DE EXPEDICI\u00d3N DE JUSTICIA EN EL EPMSC OCA\u00d1A EN ACOMPA\u00d1AMIENTO DEL MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marco del lanzamiento del SEMINARIO &#8220;CONSULTORIOS JUR\u00cdDICOS PARA LA PAZ&#8221; por el Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, el Consultorio Jur\u00eddico reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con el acceso real a la justicia a trav\u00e9s de una jornada de expedici\u00f3n de justicia realizada en el Centro Penitenciario de Mediana Seguridad de Oca\u00f1a, donde se atendieron casos de personas privadas de la libertad, promoviendo el reconocimiento de sus derechos, el estudio de beneficios y subrogados penales, y el acompa\u00f1amiento jur\u00eddico integral. Que la paz no se decreta, se construye.
